Vladimir Zhirnov has over 15 years’ experience creating customer value and driving profitability via partnerships with external vendors, sourcing strategies and procurement operations excellence. Experienced in various industries like Medical Devices, FMCG, Automotive, Manufacturing. Global professional with extensive international experience in Russia, France and currently in Singapore.

Vladimir began his journey with Essilor in 2006 in Moscow Russia, where he built end to end operations for Russian entities from the Greenfield. He is passionate by Essilor group mission to eradicate poor vision in 1 generation and contributes his time as a volunteer for Essilor Vision Foundation – the charity arm of the group.

Vladimir is a native of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, he earned a Master’s degree in microelectronics engineering from Electro-Technical State University and a Master’s of business administration from Kingston University London.
